My Rates
Free Initial Consultation
I offer a free initial 15-minute phone consultation. This will give us the opportunity to explore goals for therapy as well as determine if my approach is the best fit for you.
I am currently an out-of-network provider (I do not take insurance). This means I can provide you with a statement that you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. To determine if you can be reimbursed for the session, please call your insurance company and say this:
“I am starting therapy with a licensed clinical social worker. Her license number is L10570(Oregon). Do you accept superbills for reimbursement? If so, how much do you reimburse for an (individual/couples) therapy session?”
Therapy & Wellness
My rates as an out-of-network provider for a 50 minute session are:
Individual: $150
* $175 for a new client intake session
Couples: $200
* $225 for a new client intake session
* Please contact me for fitness therapy options & rates.
I reserve a limited number of spaces in my practice for clients experiencing economic hardship. If you cannot afford my customary rate, please inquire about sliding scale availability.

Payments & Cancellations
Payment: Due at the time of service. I accept all major debit or credit cards.
Cancellations: If you miss a scheduled session and have not cancelled with at least 24hrs notice you will be required to pay the full cost of that session out of pocket.
